Prior to founding and leading Xometry, Randy co-founded and served as Executive Chairman of CloudBlue, a leading provider of recycling services for electronic equipment. CloudBlue was acquired by Ingram Micro in 2013. Before CloudBlue, Randy was the co-founder and co-CEO of OfficeTiger, a global BPO company that would eventually employ 4,500 people. OfficeTiger was acquired by RR Donnelley in 2006. Randy began his career working in investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and real estate private equity at Blackstone.

Sanjeev Singh Sahni, an accomplished executive with significant e-commerce, AI and supply chain management expertise, serves as the President of Xometry, the global AI-powered marketplace that is helping usher in the digital transformation of manufacturing worldwide.
With direct responsibility for Xometry’s global Operations, Product, Technology and People teams, Sahni is charged with accelerating global growth and scale at the company, whose proprietary technologies connect rapidly growing networks of buyers and suppliers worldwide, strengthening supply chains everywhere.
Sahni joined Xometry in January 2025 after more than seven years with Wayfair, where he served as the Vice President of B2B E-Commerce, the company’s multi-billion dollar B2B business, and Head of B2B & B2C Sales. He also previously served as Head of Customer Experience, leveraging the power of AI, data and automation to strengthen touchpoints at every stage along the customer journey. Sahni was recruited to Wayfair to establish its international supply chain capabilities as Head of CastleGate Forwarding, the company’s digital freight forwarding arm.
Sahni has more than 20 years of experience across consulting and industry. Prior to Wayfair, he served as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led the firm’s global Transportation and Logistics practice advising Fortune 500 companies, governmental agencies and industry associations. He has also held key leadership positions at Citi in India and at IBM and BearingPoint, where he helped structure a network delivery model across the U.S., Brazil, India and the Philippines.
Sahni earned his bachelor of technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology and his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management. He has attended Yale SOM for Organizational Leadership.
James Miln is the Chief Financial Officer at Xometry, where he oversees financial strategy and operations, including treasury, procurement, investor relations, and finance operations teams.
A veteran of big-name tech and consumer brands, James brings considerable financial planning, operational, and investor relations expertise to Xometry.
Prior to Xometry, James served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at Yelp, steering the company through a period of strong, product-driven growth, including the introduction of new AI-powered search experiences. He also held key leadership roles at eBay, Yahoo!, and Unilever.
James is a chartered management accountant (ACMA, CGMA). He holds the Investor Relations Charter (IRC) and earned a bachelor’s degree in classics from the University of Cambridge in England.
Subir Dutt is the Chief Sales Officer at Xometry, where he oversees go-to-market sales strategy, operations, and solution engineering.
Subir is an experienced enterprise sales leader and expert in AI and cloud computing, and has led high-performing teams at major tech brands, including Google Cloud, Capgemini, and Oracle. He has a deep understanding of customers’ digital transformations.
Prior to Xometry, Subir was the head of mid-Atlantic enterprise sales for Google Cloud, where he drove triple-digit annual revenue growth. Before joining Google, he served as Senior Vice President for Capgemini, where he helped drive the transformation of the company’s Oracle business to XaaS.
Subir has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Punjab Engineering College in India and a master’s degree in industrial engineering and operations research from Virginia Tech.
Kim Hirsch is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Xometry, where she oversees the development and implementation of global HR strategies designed to drive business results. Prior to Xometry, Kim was at Aspen Technology, a global leader in asset optimization software, where she served as Vice President of HR. Kim also held several leadership roles at PTC, a global leader in manufacturing-focused digital transformation software. Her tenure included leadership positions in both HR and Sales Operations, where she oversaw the design, development, governance, and execution of PTC’s global sales compensation programs.
Kim earned a bachelor’s degree from Providence College and a master’s degree in human resources from Suffolk University.
As the Managing Director of Xometry Europe, Dmitry “Dima” Kafidov oversees Xometry’s European business and is responsible for driving the company’s growth and expansion into new markets.
Based in Munich, Dima oversees sales, marketing, operations, technology and product development for Xometry, whose AI-powered marketplace for custom manufacturing helps customers across Europe create locally resilient supply chains.
Under Dima’s direction, Xometry Europe has introduced more than 14 local-language marketplaces in the last two years, allowing customers to order and pay for parts in their local currencies. Xometry Europe has also rapidly expanded its menu of marketplace offerings, giving customers the ability to instantly quote dozens of processes for their custom-manufacturing needs.
In 2023, Dima helped direct the acquisition of Tridi Teknoloj in Istanbul, Türkiye. With Tridi, Xometry further extends its marketplace capabilities, connecting buyers with affordable suppliers across Europe. The acquisition also gives Xometry the ability to serve all of Europe within a 24-hour period.
Dima is the former co-founder of Shift, a European on-demand manufacturing marketplace, which was acquired by Xometry in 2019. Before founding Shift, Dima led regional sales teams at Flowserve and managed the Eastern European region for Hoerbiger. He earned his Master’s degree in Computer Science from Samara State Aerospace University and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
Oscar Lovera is the Chief Operations Officer, International at Xometry, where he oversees end-to-end international operations strategy and ensures the seamless execution of Xometry’s marketplace services.

Prior to Xometry, Oscar served as Senior Director and General Manager at Wayfair, where he led a global workforce of thousands and optimized e-commerce and partner operations. He also held senior positions at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on strategic operations and business transformation, and Procter & Gamble, where he held leadership roles in manufacturing and supply chain management.

Vaidy Raghavan is the Chief Technology Officer at Xometry, where he oversees product, engineering, and AI/machine learning across Xometry's global manufacturing marketplace and its Thomas industrial sourcing business.
An accomplished global technology executive and engineer by training, Vaidy has extensive experience developing category-defining products for leading consumer and B2B brands. He is an expert in AI, supply chain management, strategic pricing, customer experience, SaaS, data and analytics.
Prior to Xometry, Vaidy served as the General Manager of Technology at Wayfair, overseeing its marketplace. Vaidy also held leadership positions at Microsoft, where he helped lead the design, development and launch of critical features for Microsoft Office and SharePoint – as well as at Groupon, where he headed the company’s retail division connecting sellers with consumers, managed the company’s supply chain logistics and led international pricing initiatives.
Vaidy earned a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s in electronics and telecommunications engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University in India.
Kristie Scott is the General Counsel at Xometry, where she oversees global legal functions, including compliance, governance, IP, M&A, and regulatory matters. Kristie also serves as principal legal advisor to the board of directors and executive leadership.
Prior to Xometry, Kristie served as General Counsel to Cision, a global leader in PR, marketing, and social media management technology and intelligence, where she helped lead the company through two IPOs, two take-private transactions, and numerous M&A transactions.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from Bucknell University and a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

Prior to Xometry, Stephany was Chief Marketing and Engagement Officer at Teladoc Health. She has also held senior roles at Match.com, Expedia Group, and PepsiCo, where she specialized in brand building, go-to-market strategy, performance marketing, and product experience.
